No bios post after changing boot order

Hi

I'm trying to install Windows 10 home from a Microsoft usb (bought from store) on a EVO 970 m.2. After I change boot order in bios and restart my screen is black. Everything is running though.
To get out of this I need to remove the battery in order to get back in to bios.

Any suggestions?

My rig:
Gigabyte Z370 Aorus gaming 7 (updated bios F12c)
Samsung 970 EVO NVMe m.2
At the moment I'm using onboard video through Display port.
Corsair RM850i
2x8gb 3000MHz Corsair vengance
i7-8700K LGA1151

The system is also watercooled with numerous aquacomputer stuff.

I made a new usb with windows media creation tool and it booted up the installation.
