Question No bios splash screen at startup

When i boot the pc i dont get the bios boot screen (gigabyte logo screen). But i get no signal to my monitor, after 20 seconds windows just boots up and magically get the sceen on.
I am runnig the newest version of bios. F3
b560m DS3H v2
10105f
16 ram
r9 280x

Whenever I press F12 to access the UEFI, the monitor just stays on a black screen.
I believe that UEFI is in fact booting when pressed F12 but for some reason, the graphics card is not outputting any video when on the splash screen or in the UEFI.

During power on, you need to spam DEL or F2 to get the bios screen.
There, you should see options as to when or how long the bios screen should be displayed.

I get only black screen. I think i am in bios but theres no VGA output.

Look and i am stuck there. Žiadny signál means no signal.

I have the solution and now the splash screen shows up. I dont know why i have bought the gpu second hand but it has dual bios now with the other bios everything works. Maybe modded bios.
Just saved myself a lot of money went to buy cpu with igpu.
