No BIOS to monitor

Power surge and quit working. Replaced MSI-970AG-43+ and power supply. Transferred CPU. No bent pins. Still have no BIOS to monitor. Replaced Nivida 1060GT with temp other card. No BIOS to monitor. Fans work, cooling system get hot. HD's spin. Minimumal HD Light activity.
Only other thing I can think of is bios is outdated.

Any suggestions or thoughts will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Considering that also. At this point would be cheaper than an upgraded board. BIOS chip is cheap, but gotta solder out and in. Thx.
