[SOLVED] No Bluetooth capability after replacing hard drive ?

Pretty much the title, last hard drive died on me so I replaced it with a new one and installed a fresh copy of windows on it. Before the change, I had full bluetooth capability and regularly connected devices onto it. Now, there is no option in bluetooth settings to turn bluetooth on, and in Device Manager nothing regarding bluetooth is present (even with showing hidden devices). I tried downloading some bluetooth drivers and the download wizard said completed, however no changes. The troubleshooting tool simply says the pc doesnt have bluetooth capability, which I know is not true as I have had it previously.

Is this a laptop or desktop? What's the make and model if laptop? List specs please if desktop.

You would think the antennae on back of PC would be a clue to windows but its acting dumb?

Up until I completely changed my hard drive and installed a fresh copy of windows the bluetooth worked just fine, now I can't even detect the device on the computer, when the motherboard itself should have built in bluetooth.

Install chipset drivers.
Install bluetooth drivers.

It's not enough to just download them. You have to install them.

Obviously I installed the driver, it just didn't work. The chipset driver did install properly, however the only bluetooth drivers available are for an older version of windows. Do I roll back to an older version to download it?
