No Boot Device Found

I have a Dell Optiplex 790, bios A18. Right now I cannot boot my computer. When it starts up, instead of Windows coming up I see the client Mac address, client IP, and Gateway IP. Then it says Downloaded WDSNBP. Next it says architecture x64. Then I see pending request ID and the number. Then it says Message from administrator: configuration manager is looking for policy. Then it says contacting server and tftp download. Then it says PXE boot aborted, booting to next device. It finishes with No boot device found, press any key to reboot the machine. I don't know how to get around this. I went in to BIOS and everything looks okay.

Yes it does. I ran diagnostics and the hard drive showed up. There are no warning lights on.

Is the boot order correct? can you manually change the one time boot preferences to tell it only to boot from the HDD?

It could be something on the HDD is corrupt.

I was able to boot up manually. I don't know why it didn't pick up automatically but I am on now. Thank you.
