No Boot Just Fans Spinning For One Second Then Stops

Just built my second PC, and I spent two days trying to figure out why, it turned out that i have the wrong MB chipset, i have a core i3 8th gen and my MB is Z170

You need an Intel 300 series motherbd as well as DDR4 ram.
Or you can return the CPU and get one that is compatible with what you already have.
