No Boot, No Beep, No POST.

Hi all,

As said in the title no boot or beeps. CPU and PSU fans turn on, then turn off, then turn back on again. I have tried:

- Different RAM
- No RAM
- Different PSU
- Unplugged everything except essentials
- Tried clearing BIOS
- There's no video card installed

At this point I'm trying to pin down whether it's the CPU or the mobo that's faulty, as I wouldn't want to buy a new mobo just for my CPU to be fried.

Any help is appreciated!

SYSTEM SPECS? are you sure everything is compatible?

CPU: i7 4790k
Mobo: ASUS B85M-G
PSU: 450W

Yes I am sure, this PC used to work.

Not helpful but can the cpu or mobo be RMA'd?
