No boot, No post, No beeps

No boot. No post. No beeps. Computer was sitting for a couple years before the problem started. I have eliminated all possiblities on the 'PERFORM THESE STEPS before posting about POST/boot/no video problems!' post.

The computer turns on, all fans spin and lights turn on for a second till everything stop. The computer pauses for 3 sec then turns back on and repeats. I swapped out the stock intel cpu cooler as it wasnt spinning freely for an identical new intel stock cooler. Odly enough now it only turns on once and then turns off permanently until I repress the power button.

i5 3570
2x4GB Ballistix sport 1600 RAM
GA-Z77M-D3H-MVP mother board
Cooler Master Extreme 2 625W PSU

Did you redo the thermal paste?

CPU may be getting very hot, very fast, and shutting down accordingly.

Yes I did

It was taken to staples and and the technician diagnosed it as the mother board needing to be replaced but did not give a readon and I cant get a hold of them again.
