no boot on 4770k

[508Parkour]

Attempting to OC - set it to 4.8GHZ and 1.287 or something vcore. Using a 4770k/UD3H/H100i. No boot.

Suggestions?

Every CPU is different, some of them is stable at 5.0 while some of them are stuck at 4.2.
