No boot on a almost new system

So I built my pc about 4 or 5 months ago. It's my first system. I have a gigabyte ab350-gaming, ryzen 5 1600 16 gigs corsair vengeance lpx and a GeForce gtx 1050Ti which came over clocked. I've had a few crashes over the past week or so. Which really surprised me. No it won't boot. Stuck on the vga led. I have stripped it down. And done most of the troubleshooting I can find. But i still can not get it to boot. Please any help from those more knowledgeable than me

First things to test, graphics card, then power supply.
Try also clearing the CMOS, if you haven't so far.

The power supply seems to be working, i also don't know how to test the graphics card, as I don't have another to test with nor another computer to put it in
