Question No Boot (Probably RAM Issue)

Hello Everyone!

So I recently built a new computer and I am having trouble getting her to boot. My biggest issue I think is that I cannot get my RAM to work or so I believe. I have bought 4 sticks in total, tried the first 2 and got nothing. Today I tried 2 other sticks of the same exact type, and still nothing. (They are RGB and even the lights don't come on when she has power.)

did you make sure the specs of your ram work with your motherboard

Yes. I found the build on Amazon. I just bought all the parts myself and put it together.

have you tried any other ram besides the rgb

have you tried to reseating everything like ram,hdd cables
