No boot with two RAM sticks installed

I've read all the other threads on this and can't find a fix anywhere!

I've got an Asus P8B75MLE mobo with an i5-3570k and Crucial 8GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM. The 8GB is in two 4GB sticks next to each other (the board only had two slots). Suddenly, when I try and boot with both sticks installed, I cannot boot at all, not even BIOS (The mobo DRAM LED just flashes at me). But when I only have 1 stick installed, it works fine!
I have tested both sticks one at a time in both the slots, again, one at a time, and both sticks and slots are definitely working. I've tried using the ASUS MemOK button as well, to no avail.
What I need to know is how to I get my PC working again with both sticks so I can have 8GB RAM again? Only using 4GB is winding me up!

Solution
Try booting with a single stick into BIOS, set DRAM voltage to 1.55 and the MC (memory controller) voltage, believe VTT on your mobo (may be the VCCSA) to 1.1

Thanks. How would I get to the memory controller settings? I can't seem to find them in my BIOS
