No Boot Without Reset

My desktop will not boot unless I hit the reset key. Then it boots fine. I've run diagnostic software on my memory and SSD. They check out fine. Windows 10 is up to date.

Using an Asus Sabertooth Mark 2 motherboard with the latest (2015) bios. Intel 4770k CPU. There is a 2018 bios update but it says BETA and I'm hesitant to use that.

All drivers are up to date.

Any tips on where else to look or why this is happening is appreciated.

Thanks

Most likely the front panel connectors of your case are not plugged into the motherboard correctly. You must have the "RESET_SW" wire plugged into the motherboard where the "POWER_SW" wire should be.
