Win XP won't start, just goes to blue screen, can't even boot into safe
mode, and last know good configuration don't work also. Happened after I
ran AOL spyware. Anything to do other than a clean install?

Try Getting windowsPE which it bootable virutal windows with alot of usefull
program.
Boot with it and make a virus and spyware scan.
