No Bootable Device

Last night I was setting up my new build and I spent hours trying to do a fresh install of Windows 10 on a brand new SSD

Motherboard: Gigabyte B360M DS3H https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/B360M-DS3H-rev-10#kf

SSD: Inland Pro 128 GB SSD https://www.amazon.com/Inland-Professional-120GB-Internal-Solid/dp/B076XMH2JT

Doing the install through a USB drive , everything would finish downloading , I would remove the USB during black screen and it would boot directly back into BIOS. I can see the SSD in the SATA lists but, cannot be used as a bootable device. When I would repeat the process the SSD would show as having Windows installed but, for the life of me I cannot figure out what is wrong. The Inland SSD isn't on the MB's compatibility but, I was thinking it shouldn't make a difference. I tried through UEFI and CMS and device still isn't showing as a bootable device?

If anyone could provide insight or help it would be greatly appreciated.

What does it mean when you say you " remove the USB during black screen and it would boot directly back into BIOS". Is this an install black screen ? When is that and why remove the usb ?

It's advisable to boot in UEFI mode. You first insert the usb created by the MS media tool with the windows install files into the board. Then go to the board setup and ensure the board is configured to use UEFI settings, not compatibility or legacy mode.On the motherboard boot device menu, select the command that identifies both the firmware mode and the device. For example, select UEFI: USB Drive (Windows Boot Manager manager may also work) by listing that device in the first boot slot on the board. Reboot.Install begins.

I have tried on multiple ports on the board and I am getting the same issue on all. When I go into BIOS and try to select a Bootable Device my SSD isn't showing. Now one thing I have not tried is a fresh install on each different port and after Windows goes through it's processes to see if that would work ?

When choosing an installation type, select Custom. On new devices, the drive will show a single area of unallocated space.

Select the unallocated space and click Next. Windows detects that the PC was booted into UEFI mode, and reformats the drive using the GPT drive format, and begins the installation.
