I have a late 2012 Mac Mini running El Capitan. 16gb ram, 2.6 ghz i7

I apologize if this post is redundant but I haven't found anything specifically matching my issue.

To be brief, I created a Windows 7 installation on a flash drive with Bootcamp and I'm currently stuck at the black screen that says "No bootable disk". I know this is a common problem, but none of my boot commands are working. So I have no ability to select the partition, go into recovery mode, safe mode ect. I've tried to reset the SMC and PRAM, didn't help. I moved the installation to another flash drive and it still doesn't recognize it. So I have no OSX, no windows, just a black screen

I'm wondering what my options are from here. I have no problem wiping the drive and just starting anew, but I'm not even sure how to go about that without the ability to use the boot commands.

Any help would be great. Again, I apologize if this is redundant.
