Sorry, I know this has been answered on other threads, but I'm unsure about troubleshooting and my computer is not brand new and many of the other threads refer to a computers first boot rather than a recent issue.
I've been using the same pc for 3 years now, this problem only started today. The fans, lights on the GPU, mobo and front panel all turn on. My keyboard turns on initially, but turns off maybe 10 seconds afterwards. At no point is there any video signal from the GPU.
I recently had to replace my Corsair VS550 as it was making a loud fan noise. It was replaced by a CX550, which I installed yesterday. I was able to use the computer as normal all of yesterday. I switch it on today and this problem occurs. There have been no other modifications at all.
I have tried a CMOS reset and it has not fixed the issue. I suspect it's the motherboard since I know all the components have been connected correctly since it has been working for the past 3 years although I'm happy to be wrong.
Help much appreciated.

Palit gtx 1060 3gb
1tb HDD and 120gb sata Ssd
Gigabyte ab-350m-gaming 3 motherboard
(2x8)GB Corsair vengeance ddr4 2400mhz
Corsair Cx 550 (was Corsair Vs550)
