Question no bootup and postcode f9 after bios update

so I had just received a 1tb ssd (Samsung 970 evo) the other day and tried to install it into the top m.2 slot of my n7 z390 mobo but it didnt work so i tried the bottom slot which did work. So today I got a 2tb m.2 (Inland Professional 2TB SSD 3D QLC NAND M.2 2280 PCIe NVMe 3.0 x4 Internal Solid State Drive (2TB)and tried to put it into the top slot and it also didnt work. So i tried to do a bios update and my computer broke. Tried to update via windows and the computer froze so i turned it off. The mobo is giving off a postcode f9 and is stuck in a boot cycle with no display. I need a solution to the post problem as well as what is going on with the m.2 drives. Thanks in advance.
