If a have a PC that uses 750 watts, 2 displays
i would need more watts or it can be 360 watts and 550VA or something like that.
Is must have more watts or is okay with 360 watts and 550VA?

For a system that has a power draw of 750 watts, I'd be using a 900-1k watt power supply to run it, probably closer to 1k. Anything that will use 750 watts will put a pretty decent stress on the power supply under load, I'd want enough headroom where the power supply is not running at max output all the time.
How do you know it uses 750W? Have you measured the power draw at the socket? PSU max wattage =/= actual power draw

Secondly, VA is not a SI unit and should be avoided in your situation. In most cases VA is actually the Wattage so 750W(your required power) divided by 110V (220V for EU) is ~7Amps (3.4A in EU) so you would need a power source capable of outputting ~7A or 3.4A depending on voltage used.
