I want to dedicate more memory to my graphics card but I cant find chipset in my BIOS. On the top of my BIOS it says Aptio Setup Utility.

Solution
The problem is generally that on budget machines like that, the OEM, in this case Dell, doesn't really want users messing around with configuration settings so they come with very limited BIOS options. If you don't see a setting in the BIOS for the graphics memory configuration, then it's probably because it's not there. I don't see anything that leads me to believe it's an option either. The Intel HD graphics should use whatever they need, up to the maximum amount allocated by design.
You can dedicate additional memory, in some cases, to integrated graphics, but not to the graphics card itself. At least not in any configurations I've seen. The system may set aside some system memory for driver usage on the graphics card, but for strictly GPU memory function, no. If you have a CPU or motherboard with integrated graphics rather than an actual graphics card, then it might be a different story and the option should be somewhere in the BIOS for desktops, possibly for some laptop models as well. If you have a motherboard with a limited number of bios options, it may simply not be an option for that system.

What is your motherboard model, or is this a laptop, and if so what is that model number as listed on the product sticker?
