Question No connection on ethernet

I just upgraded my GPU and now my LAN adapter is not detected.

In the device manager my onboard LAN adapter is hidden and windows says it's deconnected (Code 45)
I tried reinstalling the realtek drivers but i get the error "Realtek Network Controller not found", i checked in my BIOS for network option to see for sleep options but the only network option was to activate or not the realtek adapter which was enabled, I also tried reseting the BIOS but no luck

mobo: asus tuf b450 plus gaming
GPU: AMD rx 6950xt
CPU: ryzen 7 2700x
ram: fury 32Gb 3200mhz

Make and model of your PSU and it's age? You might also want to include the make and model of your older GPU. As for your motherboard, what BIOS version are you currently on?

My old gpu was a gigabyte rx590 8gb
My psu is a gigabyte G750H gold
And my bios is on version 2409
