No Connection

Recently I instally a graphics card. After shutting down No Connection. Check Signal Cable message appears on the monitor. With on board video adapter it is not like that.
Any solution.

Did you check the power requirements for the card? Connection specs for the slot vs the card? Try changing the devault video in the BIOS?

This a good working card or a new one, or used from somewhere? You need to add more details about the system and the card.
