I have an i7 4790k OC to 4.6GHz and was wondering I just turned off a power save feature in the bios and it stays at 4.6GHz are there any side effects? In terms of responsiveness, how would it fair against scaling the CPU clock? -- I am assuming this in marginal

I have a b85m-dh3a a cheap 1150 MOBO. What is the best application to see my VRM temperatures?

I should also say I only have my voltage only at 1.2 due to mobo limitations.

I do not recommend turning the feature off, due to the weak power delivery systems on the motherboard. Unfortunately, VRMs do not report their temperatures, so this cannot be read with software.

If you want to sustain an OC speed, you'll want something with a better power delivery system.
