I have an hp pavilion dv6-6b96ex.
( See this : http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=us&dlc=en&docname=c03072297&lc=en )

The graphics card is AMD Radeon 6770M.

The page clearly says that my card contains CrossFireX... but there is no option in CCC. I have the catalyst 12.3 drivers.
Also, GPU-Z shows crossfire as disabled.

Also, most of my games start to lag after a while. Could you please help me with enabling crossfire?

Thanks in advance :)

Solution
While the graphics card may be CrossfireX compatible, nothing in your laptop specifications state that your motherboard is CrossfireX compatible.

Footnote 5 for the AMD Radeo 6770M CrossfireX statement:

A complete AMD CrossFireX™ system includes AMD Radeon™ Graphics, a motherboard with a compatible AMD or Intel® Chipset, AMD CrossFireX™ Certified memory and a AMD CrossFireX™ power supply.

You don't. If the laptop specifications do not specifically state CrossfireX capable, then you shouldn't waste your time looking at how to enable it. Just because the GPU is capable of it does not mean the laptop manufacturer included that component for that feature. If they did, it would probably be set up out of the box.
