So I have a weird problem, and usually I can fix all my problems through the omniscient google, but this one I'm positively stumped. So I have this problem that has just started recently, and it seems that any game I try to play that utilizes directx11 automatically crashes or does not work. Such examples are Batman: Arkham City (works without dx11), F.E.A.R. 3, Saints Row 3, Metro 2033, etc. I have an HD radeon 5570, (ancient, I know) and I have played all these games before, but for some reason now they just aren't working. If anyone could shed some light on the issue I am having, it would be greatly appreciated.

Here is my system information, and my drivers are definitely up to date, since that is the first thing I could think of doing to solve this problem, but I will check the OS.

My OS is up to date
I also have tried uninstalling and reinstalling games, running in different compatibility modes, I tried to reinstall directx (which didn't work), I verified the integrity of the game caches, I updated drivers, rolled back drivers, ran registry scans, checked windows for updates, and nothing so far has worked. Is there anything else I can do? There has to be a fix.
Just an extra detail, before the issues started up, I was doing overclocking on my GPU, but I don't think that is the issue, since i never pushed it to the point where it would be destroyed, and only directx 11 games don't work.
