No display after bios

Hey guys,

So I bought a GTX 970 to upgrade my desktop. I also upgraded the power supply to 600 watts.
After hooking this all up my computer won't recognise the card.

So after reading a few articles I see that you can "force" the card to be recognised by turning off my interior graphics card through bios.
After doing this I get absolutely no display at all and can't even get through to bios again?

Any help would be appreciated

Power Supply : 600 watt
Motherboard : Gigabyte F2A68HM-HD2
CPU : AMD FM2 A8 7650K APU Quad Core CPU 3.3Ghz (turbo 3.8Ghz)
Hard Drive : 1TB Seagate Sata 7200RPM 6Gb/s Hard Drive
Memory : 16GB DDR3 1600mhz Memory
Graphics: AMD Radon R7 Series Graphics

And yes I bought it prebuilt but changed out the psu from 500 to 600 and installed the GTX 970.

As it was a built in gpu I didn't think I needed to uninstall old drivers

Okay so after taking everything apart and putting it back together my pc is back on!

But I still face the problem that it won't detect my graphics card.

I have an MSI graphics card on a GigaByte mobo... Is that the problem?
