no display after blue screen error

Hi i have just upgraded my desktop CPU from ( i3 3220) to (i5 3470) it was working fine until I installed and run the ASUS GPU Tweak II software to overclock my (NVIDIA G-FORCE GT730 DDR3 GPU) the only thing I did was clicking on the 3D option and bamm my pc stops responding all of a sudden blue screen pops up, after waiting for a while I restarted my pc and there is no display not even bios its total blank.

I did some troubleshooting:
1. Changed my VGA cable
2. Removed the battery from motherboard
3. changing the RAM slots also removed the RAM completely
4. PSU, CPU and chassis fans (were working properly fine)
5. Removed my GPU
Even replaced my power grid wall socket
But nothing works can someone please help me out?

After you removed the CMOS battery, did you plug the monitor into the IGP on the board? And firstly what mobo are you using? Does the Mobo beep at startup or not?

i took out the CMOS BATTERY and GPU and plunged in the monitor on motherboard's VGA port but yet again no display, my motherboard is ASUS P8H61-M PRO with 1155 socket
