Question No display after booting

I have had this rig for about 2 months now, and have recently opened it to clean out dust, usually, after doing this it boot loops, and I can fix that easily. However, now it is booting fine, but there is no display going to my monitor. I have tried resetting bios, reseating the cpu power header and cycling ram. If it matters, I use a DP cable.

Specs:
CPU-i5-9600k at stock clock speed
Ram-16gb (8x2) vengeance lpx ram clocked at 3000mhz
Mobo-gigabyte z390-Ud
Gpu- zotac rtx 2060 at stock clock rate
I have a 2tb hdd for games and a 128gb ssd for windows and steam.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

test with the gpu out and use only the igpu?

Nothing, would you think the next step is to breadboard it?

I breadboarded down to cpu motherboard and cooler one stick of ram and no signal on monitor

However, there is a LED status display on the mobo, and it says the ram isn’t working properly, could this be my issue?

did you clean the cpu cooler? some thing came loose?

Well, I found the problem, my two leftmost DIM slots aren’t working, rip dual channel memory, I’m upgrading mobo anyways, gigabyte boards are cheap.
