No display after downgrade bios version from f22 to f8 mobo AB350 gaming 3

hi please help!!
i downgraded my mobo version from f22 to f8 suddenly its not showing any display in my screen, keyboard not working, but cpu fan working, i dont know how to revert it back because i cannot see anything in display.

Downgrading your BIOS to a drastically older version is practically killing your board. I know for a fact that motherboard manufacturer's clearly state that you shouldn't down grade your BIOS unless it's to a revision prior. On most cases, after a BIOS update they will also state that you cannot downgrade since it'll brick the platform.

Mind sharing your full system's specs like so:
CPU: ryzen 3 2200g
Motherboard: gigabyte ab350 gaming 3
Ram: geil rgb 2400mhz 16gb 8x2
SSD/HDD: wd blue 1tb
GPU: none
PSU: evga nex 650g
Chassis: none
OS: none

Some details i put none cause im just starting to assemble and format my computer when this happen.
Hope you can share what best we can do to revive it, i already sent it to computer repair but they said cant do about it.
