No display after installing HD 7750 on Dell Vostro 460

When I boot up, the fan on the card is spinning and the integrated graphics is auto turned off ( I cannot run on integrated when the video card is plugged in). I have updated to the latest BIOS available (There are no settings present to change graphics or display).

My power supply is 350w. I know the card recommends 400w, but from what I've read it should handle it.

Any ideas?
