I had an MSI GTX 1060 on my computer and I recently purchased a Zotac RTX 2060. After I installed the graphics card and connected all cables and using hdmi, it showed no signal detected on my monitor.

So I decided to connect the display to the motherboard and it also showed no display. I also reinstalled my GTX 1060 back into my computer (as theoretically it should be normal as before) and the same problem occurred. I tried using my TV and the same thing happened. Used hdmi, dvi, and vga connectors and those didn't help.

Monitor : BenQ XL2411
CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Motherboard : MSI B450M Pro-vdh plus
RAM : KLEVV DDR4 2x4GB
PSU : Raidmax 500W 80+ bronze

Solution
check that ram is seated. check psu Connections. possibly remove cmos battery for a minute and put it back in. try removing one ram stick and boot with one of the sticks.
I just realised that my EZ Debug LED is stuck on the CPU. It happened once when I installed the ryzen 3600, but the problem suddenly disappeared when I took everything apart and then put everything back again, and I don't know why it solved the problem.

So thats what I did, I took everything apart and reassembled. And it did solve the problem of EZ Debug LED stuck on CPU. Now it goes from CPU, VGA, then boot, and disappears. But still no post.

Update : I thought that it was one of the RAM as 3 beeps occur when I boot up. So I removed one of the RAM and it boots up like normal. BUT, I then installed the "damaged" RAM and it also boots up perfectly. But I had my old GPU installed so I'm really back at 0. Then I installed the new GPU and, again, no post. But atleast now I can boot up using the old GPU. Now I don't know what to do because using the on board display doesn't detect the connection.

Yup, did all those, it resolved booting up but my computer still wouldn't display anything using the new GPU, but works normally with the old GPU.
