no display after installing new PSU

I just bought a corsair vs450 and installed it ,as I turned on my PC my monitor shows no signal and stops.
My mobo - Asus p5g41t mlx3
Please help me quick

What was your old PSU and why did you change it? Rest of your specs?

My old PSU is a frontech jil 2414i 450w,I changed it for a new gtx 950 Asus lp edition.I've also noticed that the cpu fan isn't running and also the gpu,but the DVD drive is working fine

Pentium dual core e5700
6gb ram
My current gpu radeon r7 240 1gb ddr5
And one more thing,I tried to turn the CPU fan with a screwdriver and the fan gave a jerk like it just hit the screwdriver back

I figured it out,it's just my ram isn't fit into the slot,now my pc works fine
