No display after over clocking Ram

I attempted to over click my ram to 2666 on a ASROCK AB350M Pro4. I had no display when I saved changes and restarted. Of course I went back into bios to change it back however once saving changes and restarting again, the asrock logo popped up loading and then proceeded to a screen showing me no signal detected or no display. Occasionally I would be able to access Windows troubleshoot however that doesn’t help as upon restarting or resetting it brings me back to the same issue. I have attempted to clear my CMOs with both methods to no avail. I am still able to access my bios. I saw online that apparently over clocking Ram can cause OS to corrupt. I have also tried one ram at a time. Any help is welcomed. Thank you
