Hello, I sorry but I have no idea where to put this issue.

I recently switched from I5 4670K to Ryzen 7 3800X with new motherboard and new DDR4 ram. Same GPU same Disks. When I turn on the system. It works. When I turn it off using Windows 10 and then press the power switch on my case it won't display anything on the monitor.
When I hold the power button and it shuts off, it will turn on normally when I press the power button. Strange.
Anyone know how to fix it or ways to fix it?
