No display after pc upgrade

I just recently upgraded my pc and I haven't gotten it to display any kind of picture whatsoever not when it is plugged in to the gpu or the mobo. The screen is black. The system i am using is:
Ryzen 5 1600
Msi A320M Grenade
2x4gb corsair vengeance lpx 2400mhz
Evga superclocked Geforce gtx 1070
CM 550w silent pro gold.

The board might need a BIOS update for supporting the CPU.

I think the bios version should be ok.

Remove 1 ram stick, and try both slots.

Tried removing and switching ram sticks and still nothing

Have you tried a CMOS reset of the mobo?
