Question No display after post

Right after the ASRock logo shows up, and trying to load w10 the screen goes black and won't turn back on. Ryzen 5 2600
16gb ram @3000
Rtx 2060
650 psu (new)
ASRock b450 k4 fatality
1tb HDD & 250gb SSD.
I clean install Windows again , I ddu'd the drivers on safe mode , but the problem remains , what shall I do?

Make/model of the PSU? Wattage tells us nothing of quality, which is much more important.
