So I've had some issues before with my Rx 580. After it hits 65°C it throttles and clocks itself down to 600mhz. So I thought of replacing my thermal pads. I've done it carefully and when I reseated it into my motherboard I would not get any display while booting then it showed me the windows 11 login screen for a split second and then there was again no display. Would appreciate if any one would be able to help me.

PC specs:
Ryzen 5 2600x
12gb DDR4
Corsair VS650
ASRock b450 steel legend
Rx 580 8GB

( I am sorry if there are any grammar mistakes or something like that I am not a native English speaker )

check your assembly again, maybe the screws are to tight o you forgot something to connect
unplug and replug the GPU to the motherboard
power connector connected to the GPU?

hardware fault
might be the GPU´s or RAM´s soldering cracked on the board ->resolder with heat gun

It's most likely a hardware-related issue since I've tried almost everything. I could try to resolder the gpu with a heat gun if I have one at home

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Corsair VS650
How old is the PSU in your build?

Was the GPU bought brand new or used?
I don't know how old the PSU is since I bought it used but I replaced everything besides the PSU and the case. It's the VS650 with the Orange text. And the GPU was also used. I can't afford any new parts right now and everything I've got in my PC is from a friend.

If you are facing this issue you just need to check connections, verify monitor connections, reset BIOS, test in another system, update drivers, try integrated graphics, and check for physical damage.
