No display after shut down

My display isn't turning on. I shut off via my power button whilst logging off (because it was taking well over 5 minutes) because my game had stopped responding (CS: GO if it matters to you). Anyways, all of the LED fans, the video card fans, and the HDDs are on but there isn't any display on the monitor.

reset the bios , it will work
