no display after updating amd driver 19.1.1

this year I built my first gaming PC(specs : radeon rx590,
kingston hyperx predator1x8 3200mhz, ryzen 1600x, masterair maker 8, aorus b450 pro, sama 650w golden plus) .week ago when the new driver(19.1.1 came from AMD I updated it first second and i needed to restart my pc . I clicked on restart now and everything was god until i went to bios ; I wanted to overclock my cpu . I exited the bios and BUM(not really) but no screen or should I say black screen. I first thought Ijust need to reset cmos battery but nothing happened , still black screen,on mobo it lights up VGA light and first beeps 2 times for booting and then 4 times.so I wwent on gigabyte site and there said 1 long and short beeps are for graphics card and 4 short beeps for something about memory and 64k(i don´t know exactly) can anybody help me please

clear CMOS, remove motherboard battery for a few mins while powered down and PC is unplugged. the put battery back in and bootup. that should restore Bios back to default settings. your OC seems to be unstable and causing your PC to hang

i did that and nothing , the problem should be memory or graphics card
i also did tried another graphics card in my computer and it wont work as well
