No display after upgrading CPU

I'm not getting any display signal after upgrading my CPU. I installed a Ryzen 2600x upgrading from a 1400, but was not getting a display signal. I realized I never changed the bios for a Ryzen 2 chip, so I put the 1400 back in to update bios and still no signal. I looked through many threads on this subject to no avail. Any help is appreciated

are you sure it was the correct bios and it loaded correctly?

I never loaded the correct bios for the ryzen 2, so I put my 1400 back in and still no video output. My mouse isn't powering up either
