Question No display after windows logo

Recently i went out of town for 2 weeks. So my pc was not used. When i came back the first thing i did was to start my pc and it didn't started. My pc works correctly till windows logo and then my moniter start showing no display. Pls help me with that. Also i got one error 0xc0000017 but now i am not getting this error.
My pc specs are
Reyzen 3 2200g
Asus prime a320m-k mobo
8gb Corsair veganance 2400mhz
Corsair 450w psu
1 tb wd blue hard disk(2015)
Also i did the bios update 5 days before going out of town and used my pc for long time but didn't got this error. Pls help me with this[emoji24][emoji24][emoji24]

Have you cleared the CMOS?

I have done it doesn't helped. Do you think it is my ram's fault??

I don't think RAM is the problem. If it was you would not see the Windows logo.
Can you get into the BIOS?

yes i can enter the bios. i can use command prompt. i have an otion to reset my pc but i cant because many important files are there. i tried startup settings but no help

Does your 1 TB hard drive appear in the BIOS? You could try plugging your HDD into another computer to access your important files.

Yes my hard disk is absolutely fine. I confirmed it my using command prompt which says its ok.

You have nothing extra plugged into your PC?
Does the monitor tell you there is "no signal" or is the monitor just a black screen?

Monitor tells no signal and nothing is plugged to pc. I tried by removing mouse and keyboard too.And one thing i noticed is my keyboard light blinks at the time of logo disappearing.
