Well, unless you get a post beep, you wont get a display. There is only ram and psu test left to do before the motherboard or cpu can be deemed faulty, neither of which you have extra. At this stage it would be better to go to a professional store and let them test it with substitutes, unless you want to RMA straight away. Ideally a store should not charge you much, if at all anything, just for testing.
Then you need to manage it from somewhere. Friend/family. You also need to check with other sets of ram. If you cannot manage any substitutes, it would be a good idea to visist a professional store in your vicinity and let them test it. They wont charge much for testing, but you will get the idea.

Ideally any psu having the right connectors and above the required wattage of the pc should work with any pc unless its a dead unit.

"and above the required wattage " that is what I was inferring, it could be a 300w PSU trying to run an I5 with a 1060 for all we know.. Why I asked for more information...

I did inform you guys that I have power to the tower and that it turns on right? I just don't have display. I know I have power to tower because I can hook up my speakers and they light up. Also yea tomorrow I'll go to see a tech guy

Well, considering your psu is working fine, the next possible issues could be either ram, mobo or cpu. But if either of those are faulty, you get multiple beeps...long, short, various combinations of them. But no beep is usually a power issue when its not sufficiently firing the mobo. Alternatively, your mobo could be dead as well. Because if it would have been cpu/ram issue, you would have got some sort of beep, unless you have one of those boards which comes without a hooter, which are very rare these days.
Can you mention your full specs in details???
