Cant get a display on brand new PC build...

MSI RTX 2080 trio
MSI Meg z390 Ace
32MB RAM
I9-9900K
4TB HDD Seagate
512MB Samsung NVME 970
AX860 PSU

Literally everything is running. I have a new monitor and tried HDMI and DP as well. I also tested the HDMI on my laptop and the monitor does work. I have yet to boot up to anything on this new PC. Tried swapping out RAM, Mobo, lk lights, fans, gpu... all lights up. I also tried disconnecting Hard drives one at a time.

Hello!

I'm using an NZXT x52 cooler, front mounted to a Crystal 570x case.

I tried one stick of RAM and got the same issue unfortunately. Also, noob question but how can I force a display without using the GPU connection via HDMI or DP.

I'm still having no luck. I do get an A2 message when I first start the PC up on the mobo but it goes away right away. Seems to do that whether i have both HDs connected or not connected. Nothing is seems to bring me any time of connection to the monitor. It runs fine as well, no beeps or codes.

Just another update, if I disconnect the power and use the CMOS button, upon starting the PC it actually shuts off and restarts itself right away. Not sure if that's normal as it only happens after the CMOS reset.
