[SOLVED] No display and Red EZ debug light on msi motherboard

When I try to turn on the computer, a red GPU EZ debug light (MSI motherboard) comes on and the computer does not POST or boot. I have tried reseating the GPU and tried another GPU for the same result. I have also checked that there is no dust in the PCIe socket. Finally, I have tried reseating the CPU and putting the GPU in a different socket.

The motherboard is an MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC, with an AMD Ryzen 3600 processor and a NVIDIA Founder’s edition RTX 2070 Super GPU.

Please could someone give me their opinion on what is wrong. Thanks in advance.

1. Maybe the MB has problem.
2. Maybe the PSU can't handle the rtx2070.
3. The cpu may have bent pin.
4. You may need to update the MB BIOS.
