no display and usb ports doesn't work

so i unplugged everything on my motherboard to get it out so i could switch to my new cpu. i plugged everything back and now the display doesnt display anything and my ports doesn't send out any signal it only sends 1 milisecond of signal when i unplug my mouse. I have tried only 1 ram, switching batteries, switching back to old cpu and some other stuff

sounds like either that cpu is bust or youve damaged the board somehow. did you make sure you were statically discharged before you removed the board?

that unfortunately could be the case, keep testing different methods to fix it, sometimes these things do spark back into life, good luck with the system

I would make sure you didnt bend any socket/cpu pins when replacing the cpu. These can usually be bent back easily. You may have damaged the board.
