Whenever I try to turn on my pc it I am not hearing the usual 1 beep sound. There is no display on the monitor. The case fans and led lights are working fine. When I try to open the case I can see that my gpu fan is not rotating continuously (5 secs rotation and then 2 secs it stop and then rotates again for 5 secs..). I have the Sapphire r7 260x oc edition and didn't even try to overclock it yet.
Need you expertise on this guys as I am not too sure what is causing the problem. I am thinking it might be the psu since I just only have the (generic) Rise 600w.
