No display but fan is running but no booting .

Mwhen I turn on system fan is running but no beep sound and it's not sending any signals to monitor and key board also not getting led light on what could be the problem please help me frnds

Check the 4-8 pin power cable.

There's a plethora of potential issues, but start simple: check all cable connections, then check that the video card/memory is seated correctly. Also, make sure you don't have a screw or a motherboard mount shorting things out.
