I had built a PC and when I attached a DVI monitor to it there was no display. So i switched the monitor to another PC and it worked fine. I put the connector to both the Motherboard and graphics card ports and there was still a black screen. I cleared the CMOS and switched my ram around. Still black screen. The rest of the computer starts up liek the fans and the graphics card fans and LEDs. Also checked and reseated the CPU and unplugged and replugged the PSU cables that connected anywhere. Still no display. I had turned the monitor on and off to check if there was any signal. There was none. I had also took out the cmos battery for a while then put it back in and same result. I had checked the BIOS chip if it was loose and it wasnt.

What do i do so that the BIOS appeared on my monitor?
