No display, code 62 and vga-led light

Hi i need some help.

This my first time building a pc and im not getting any display on monitor or tv i have the hdmi cable connected from the motherboard to the tv at the moment there is also a code 62 on the motherboard and vga led is white

Here are the parts

Maximus VIII Hero- mobo
CX850M - psu
i7-7700k - cpu
H110i GTX - cpu cooler
WD 2TB - hard drive
Corsair Vengence LED 16GB - memory

also i have a gtx 1080 graph8cs card thst is not pkugged because i should be getting display via the motherboard hdmi
