No Display coming on

I have a asus ms 7673 v 1.0 and ati radeon HD 5970 can not get any bios up or single to display I have reset using the jumper is there anything I missing first one in few years

Start at the beginning, need full system specs, not just the motherboard. Power supply brand and model is important. Did the card work before? Did you just buy the card? Is it used? If it's used did you test it before buying it? Video cable connected to the video card or motherboard?
